Home > Development of Women's Entrepreneurship
The program is primarily aimed at expanding economic rights and opportunities for women in vulnerable groups. This directly paves the way for gender equality, poverty eradication, and inclusive economic growth, creating conditions for expanding women's participation in the economic development of the community, self-employment, and entrepreneurship in the Odessa region. In the project, we plan to create 3 directions that will cover all the needs for the development of the city's businesses and increase the coverage of women affected by the military conflict to acquire professional skills. As a result of the program, a resource and consulting center will be established, equipped with necessary resources, ensuring accessibility and a conducive environment for learning for no less than 190 women who are oriented towards acquiring entrepreneurship skills, planning, financial literacy, marketing, and product development. We plan to describe this model for scaling up the model of team social enterprises as the best practice to promote the expansion of economic opportunities for vulnerable groups.
